What We Do
We focus on proving China Outside GC Services to MNCs with no in-house legal functions in China
for whom, we either give on-going legal support to their day-to-day operations; or are called-in to handle specific transactions, litigations, government enforcement actions and other non-routine matters.
To our clients, we are a full capacity legal function for them in China, but at a fraction of the costs of either hiring an executive level China legal counsel, building a China legal department, or solely relying on large law firms.
Flat Fee
Unlike hourly fee driven tranditional law firms, we operate much like an in-house legal department and offer
Flat Fee arrangements for over 90% of our work, based on on fixed-time retainers, Service Packages
or the specific scope of work (SOW) of a project.
Our starting point for every project is always to decide with our clients, the exact work product their business needs and the end result they want to achieve, from there, we can figure out what needs to be done and the most effective way to get the it done.
As seasoned in-house General Counsels ourselves, we have developed a strong sense of how long
a project should take and how to pull an optimal team to work both effectively and cost efficiently.
